How we train
Coaching built around you.
Your goals are personal. Your training should be too. Explore the services we combine to create a clear, progressive path from where you are to where you want to be.
Personal Training
The most focused way to train.
One-to-one coaching gives us the clearest view of how you move, what you need, and how quickly to progress. Your coach builds every session around your training history, current ability, schedule, and goals. Technique is taught in detail; workload is tracked; the plan evolves as you do.
Best suited to
New lifters, specific performance goals, injury-aware training, or anyone who values close accountability.
- Individual assessment
- Custom programming
- Ongoing progress reviews
Strength Training
Build capability that carries everywhere.
Strength training develops more than muscle. It improves coordination, bone density, resilience, and confidence under load. We coach foundational patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull, carry—with an emphasis on safe technique and progressive challenge. You will always know what you are training and why.
Best suited to
Adults of every experience level who want measurable strength and a durable body.
- Technique-led coaching
- Progressive overload
- Performance tracking
Functional Training
Move better. Respond faster. Stay ready.
Functional work connects strength to movement. Sessions develop mobility where you need range, stability where you need control, and power where you need speed. Rather than chasing novelty, we use purposeful exercises that improve how you move through sport, work, and daily life.
Best suited to
Members improving movement quality, returning to activity, or building all-round physical capacity.
- Mobility and control
- Multi-directional strength
- Practical movement skill
Weight Loss & Conditioning
Sustainable change without the extremes.
Our approach to fat loss protects strength and respects recovery. Structured resistance training provides the foundation; measured conditioning builds work capacity and supports energy expenditure. Coaches help you set a realistic pace, manage fatigue, and make nutrition decisions that can survive weekends, travel, and busy workdays.
Best suited to
People seeking improved body composition, cardiovascular fitness, and more daily energy.
- Strength-first plans
- Scalable conditioning
- Habit-based support
Group Training
Individual coaching. Shared momentum.
Group training combines the energy of a team with the standards of professional coaching. Every session follows a clear progression and every movement can be adapted to your level. You will work hard alongside people who know your name, notice your progress, and expect you back next week.
Best suited to
Members who thrive on structure, community, and a schedule that keeps them consistent.
- Coach-led sessions
- Individual scaling
- Supportive accountability
Muscle Building
Purposeful volume. Visible development.
Building muscle requires more than collecting exercises. We organize training around effective weekly volume, stable technique, appropriate intensity, and enough recovery to adapt. Programs address proportion and balance while keeping joints healthy and the major movement patterns strong.
Best suited to
Members focused on physique development, lean mass, or building a stronger physical base.
- Hypertrophy programming
- Exercise progression
- Recovery management
Nutrition Guidance
Eat to support the work.
Nutrition should make training and life better—not create another source of stress. We help you understand portions, protein, meal structure, and performance fueling. Guidance is practical, flexible, and rooted in gradual changes rather than rigid meal plans or forbidden foods.
Best suited to
Anyone seeking better energy, recovery, body composition, and confidence around food.
- Simple habit framework
- Performance fueling
- Regular check-ins
Frequently asked
Questions before you start.
Can't find what you need here? Send us a message and a coach will get back to you within one business day.
Do I need experience to start training here?
No. Most new members start with a foundational assessment and coached instruction on the major lifts before adding load. Coaches adjust every session to your current ability, so first-timers and experienced lifters train side by side.
What happens during my first visit?
Your first visit is a consultation and movement assessment, not a workout. A coach reviews your training history, goals, and schedule, then recommends the service and starting point that fits.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Memberships run month-to-month, with no multi-year lock-in.
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes. Book a trial session through the contact form and we'll pair you with a coach for an introductory class before you decide on a program.
What's included with personal training?
An initial assessment, a programmed plan built around your goals and schedule, in-session coaching and technique correction, and ongoing adjustments as your capacity improves.
Where is Iron Form located and what are your hours?
